We are excited to share that the Aiding and Abetting Felony Murder Task force was included in the Omnibus bill HF63 that passed both the Senate and House votes and was signed by Governor Walz! This bill encompasses many much needed reforms and we are grateful to see this much needed working being done. We want to thank our Senate & Legislative Authors for championing this task force and fighting until the very end to make this possible!
We look forward to working together with the task force recommendations to create a more just Minnesota!
